What type of wrasse?

Any ideas on the type of wrasse?
It came in as a baby. I thought it was a Longfin for a while, but it does not seem to be.

It is orange on top while displaying, but reddish when relaxed.
Generally white underneath, except for a blue area.
The tail and a part of the fins are blue. But at the ends, not like pictures of a longfin.

VERY hard to get a good picture of him displaying.

Yep, that seems to be it.
Looks a lot like the liveaquaria picture except for the dorsal fin.

Side note : This was the other Wrasse.
I bought both as random small juveniles.
Now that I know what to look for, this one appears to be a Whip Fin as well.
Just still a juvenile, or female.
