Monzer's tank restart

Replacement tank is here. Much cleaner than the previous one.

Who’s free tomorrow to bring the tank inside? May be around 12pm? [emoji16][emoji1317]

Quick update...

still waiting for the stand. Hoping to receive it by next weekend or at least in the middle of the following week.

While waiting to get the stand, been getting some frags from here and there. Here are some pics...

The turn around on the tank was super quick; what’s taking so long with the stand?

I think the wood is being imported. [emoji12]

Actually I think he is planning to truck things up here at once.

Lots has happened since my last update.

I finally finished the shed and got things situated. I also received an awesome delivery in late March from Neptune Aquatics.

And most importantly the stand arrived and oh.. a new tank too. As the last tank did not have a couple holes missing from the top of the tank.

At any rate, had some help from Robert to help me level the stand and install the tank.

Now this was done April 2nd. Unfortunately nothing has been done since due to my surgery and won’t be able to do anything for another 4-6 weeks due to lifting and bending restrictions.

Did some plumbing work today... hooked up two cor20’s in the sump. Haven’t glued things up yet, but wanted to make sure I have the distance set up coredtly. I didn’t want the cor20 exactly side by side to prevent potential siphoning or gargling effect. It shouldn’t happen, but I have seen it.

Anyway, found this flexible spa pvc at Home Depot and guess what it works great. It can be hot glued as well.
