Just so you are aware you can also use VSP with Kaiser if you have that. So whatever Kaiser does not cover, you can submit to VSP .... Not sure if that helps, but PSA if not.

pH is a little on the high side. I find 8.2 to be the sweet spot for my mix. Much higher and I get corals closing up.

Power cable

I've had issues in the past with the LCD monitor CAUSED issues once it starts to get older. I no longer use it and instead have a small tablet running that connects to the Web Server on the Apex directly. Try disconnect the LCD/restart and see if that helps?

FWIW We did discuss updating the "old" app for the AP700 during the preview, but apparently it was built (firmware/software) in such a way that modifying it to anything beyond where it is now would be a pretty expensive effort. Evolving to a new platform was more viable from a business...
