Mine is dark but not this dark. I have noticed that the yellow pectoral fins get brighter with age and some of the older purples look faded.

Yep. A bad ass fish.

I think I hot glued the top on mine. You may be able to pull it apart. Ask avast if there is a trick. That was my first post.
