BAYMAC - Volunteers Needed

Some of the slots can be covered by NCRC and WRC. The rest of the clubs won't have enough people to spare :) Shall I send the request to NCRC and WRC to fill what they can off that list?

THIS CLUB FRIGGEN ROCKS!!!! Look how many people have stepped up to donate time and corals :) We're blessed I tell you what :D
 
The community discussion section is not visable to non registered members. I am not sure about paid members vs. non paying members, but guests cannot.
 
Before they could not see the community discussion section in the forum list, but could see Events and Announcements posts in the "New Posts" section or by going directly to the URL for the post.

So the short answer to Gresh is: Give them the URL, please. ;)

However, they will not be able to post (and therefor volunteer) unless they sign-up for a free account. I know that kinda sucks, but no one wants to see the porn/viagra spam. Sign up is free and does not constitute membership.
 
signing up I doubt will be an issue. I suspect one of the club members will take charge and post them all :)

Shift 1: 11-12 p.m.

I plan on being there most of the day. Will be helping setup for NCRC. I can fill in somewhere if needed (plan on leaving before 5 PM).
 
I will also be there all day, and can help whenever I am not already assigned to work...I am just helping with set up and breakdown cleanup at the NCRC table....but between manning the table, I can do a several shifts if needed.
 
One thing I didn't list is we need some one to work the speaker room. This is really to police the no drink policy and to assist the speaker. I'd like for them to announce the speaker as well, but if not, I can have some one do that.

The door is a crucial one as everyone the enters the building gets a wrist ban and you have to take a stub off that for the door prize drawing. The door person also hands out bags. We may want two on that, I think I said only one.

In particular, I'm looking for staffing at the following:

Sales
Shift 3: 2-4 p.m. (1 more volunteer needed)
Shift 4: 3:30-5 p.m. (1 more volunteer needed)

Breakdown: 5-6 p.m. (1 more volunteer needed)

Door:

Shift 1: 11-12 p.m. (1 more volunteer needed)

Shift 3: 1-2 p.m. (1 more volunteer needed)

Shift 4: 3-4 p.m. (1 more volunteer needed)
 
During set-up we'll need water runners to wheel water around. 2 maybe?
 
like craig (fishz4alivin) i am happy to help with any shifts if i am not otherwise tied up at the NCRC table. i am sure there will be some times when we can lend a helping hand.
 
Gresh, Jon gave me the heads up on him being one of them. I'm sure we'll be able to find someone else to be the second; I'll take on that task if there's no one else at the time.
