Jebao copies Kessil!?!

Interesting...but LOL did you see Demo Test picture. It works, but its pretty dim to me. Doubt it would perform anywhere close, it is using 63W compared to Kessil's 90W Plus Kessil has such great customer support.
 
Yeah just saw this... oh boy was the first thing that went through my head.

Water movement rip offs are one thing, it's fairly straight forward it either moves water or it doesn't, the LED side of things is a bit off though, who knows what you're getting with the LEDs in this thing.
 
I wonder how patents work when companies outside of the US are the ones violating patents.

True US patents only apply in the US, however this includes the sale to people in the US as well. However companies will often apply for patents in other countries as well, not that it really means much of anything in certain countries *coCHINAugh* but still it's something that's available.
 
Good old "TRUSTLY" fish-street.
It is funny that after all these years they have not fixed the spelling.
Perhaps it is on purpose, to avoid issues with false advertising. ;)
