Hi all,

To be transparent- this was our take from the event from our log - I still need to count and confirm the actual cash box amounts.

Sales:
9 glues @$8 = $72
1 black 2XL shirts @$15 = $15
5 black XL shirts @$15 = $75
2 black L shirts @$15 = $30
1 black M shirt @$15 = $15
1 gray M shirt @15 =$15
1 gray 2XL shirt @15 =$15 Total $237

Raffle Tickets @$1 =$300 ( yes it was exactly 300 tickets)

Plus $300.00 from new members once that's all complete.
Plus one enw sponsor and one on the way because of the event.

So after counting the money I have...I have $68 over what was recorded on my notebook.

I am guessing 1 box of glue was not recorded and either some combination of shirt/memberships was not recorded.
I didn't have a starting inventory count on shirts or glue to compare. ( in box and bags when I got them).
At least we are not under - so let me know when we have confirmed paypal for new members.

Starting cash = $183
Raffle = $300
Sales = $237
Cash membership*(5) =$150
cash over =$68
SubTotal =$938
Less filter for frag tank <-$13>
Total =$925

I suggest we should buy some new items: So we don't have to borrow them.
  1. Kessil A150 arms ( we have 3 lights no arms) we used mine.
  2. A nice surge protector ( we used mine).
  3. Extension cord
  4. Maybe a projector Screen or flip chart stand?
Do I get mileage reimbursement?:rolleyes:

1. We can get some used arms for free. I'll work on that. Which brackets do the 150's have?
2. Let's see if someone can donate a nice surge protector/strip. I'm betting a few folks have baskets full of them. Anyone? Maybe even two anyone's?
3) I'll donate a couple extension cords.

What we need to do is make sure all this stuff is at one persons place so Arnold doesn't have to run all over the Bay Area finding stuff and trying to figure out who has what. If Arnold's willing to store it I nominate him. :)

I had made an emt conduit for those kessil lights once upon a time. Maybe someone in the club still has it. It should have been packed with the kritter frag tank.

I do have a kessil arm, and am happy to donate it. Just let me know who to get it to. Thanks.
