Frogspawn brown jelly question...

One of the heads on my frogspawn has succumb to brown jelly disease. My question is can I leave the dead head on the coral or do I need to cut it off as it will contaminate the other heads?

If you sucked or removed all the jelly off the head you can leave the dead one, but be prepared that it may spread anyway. A lot of times other heads will succumb weeks later one by one and it can move to other Euphyllia in the tank especially if the "jelly" dissipated in the tank. Your better bet is to pull the colony and treat it in QT. Or just be prepared for possible spread over time.
