I agree that those do not look like flatworms due to the shape. However, FWIW, I had a flatworm infestation in my 3 gallon pico, got a yellow damsel, and they were gone in a day.
When my xenia spread I just ripped them out to control them. You need to get a good grip toward the base and they will rip off. They will regrow if there is a bit of a foot left.

Thanks, Kav. I think you might be right. The skirts are more of a purplish brown. I was told they were Sour Apple zoas but they look a lot more like Kryptonites.
