2X250w or 400w on a light rail?

Which do you think would get better growth on a 48" tank, 2X250w or 400w on a light mover?

I picked up a 14K from Joy and I am impressed. I really like their new line, and I think you will as well. All top notch, but what else would you expect from Joy and Tullio

I'd go with 2X250s as well. While I like light movers, and have one myself, I will be switching over to 2X250s myself (hopefully tomorrow) and using the power of photoinhabition to limit my light cycle, basically I'll be cutting it in half.
