A few pictures using my 30D

Eileen, the other lens is EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM, and I read a lot of people complaining about its quality. I bought it anyway because it has the perfect numbers to be a walk around lens. On the 100mm macro lens, I have mostly read good reviews on it, and I guess I am just not a lucky guy :(.

Well, after $35 shipping sending them in, and after some hassles with the customer support, I am a happy guy again :).
 
I've heard mixed reviews with the 17-85mm.

I have to say the L lenses seem to be so much better in quality. The 17-35mm f/2.8 still beats my 28-135mm IS every time. One is not in the same league as the other.
