AI sol blue 40 or 70 degree optics?

I currently have by ai sol 14.5 inches above the water line and my sps lost some colors but is coming back. (My ai was 11" inches before and corals bleached a little so put it up a little higher) Should i leave the ai sol as is or switch the 40s to 70 degree optics and lower the light to 12.5 inches? i know ais have a lot of par so losing a bit of par and spreading out the light sounds like a good idea...but would rather have peoples input on this before i do it. any help would be appreciated!

I think I've read somewhere 70 if you want more spread... search google.

I think 70s for your tank would be good. No need for the penetration of 40s. unless you are worried about algae growth on the walls I think 70s would be more uniform
With less hotspots

There from their official website. If you have 2nd Gen AI it comes with 40s/70s they sell them for 25 bucks for a set of 4
