Anybody Carpooling to the BAR swap?

I'm from MARS and my ride fell through. Is there anybody carpooling with room that I can meet up with to get to the BAR swap? Don't like driving in the City and don't know my way around there.

can't help you (don't live out there), but I did want to point out that the swap isn't in the "city". It's in the east bay and driving to there and parking etc is supremely easier

what BA freeway isn't under construction I think its a ploy to get more money as the tickets are doubled in those zones. Wonder what would happen if you were doing 85 on the Nimitz right now since it's 55mph and a "safety corridor" so the fines are all ready doubled. Now that it's "under construction" does that mean 3x?

Which would be faster (or no toll) going on 80 or taking I-5 to Stockton and crossing there?

I'm not local to the area, so take this on a grain of salt. I hear the 80 blows in the Berkley area..so I'd take the I-5 assuming that there is no southbound bottleneck.
I'm out in livermore, and since the 238 completion (well, 3 lanes now), it is fairly fast through there on non weekdays.
