best way to put short tank video up?

I've been meaning to put up a tank log recently and I have a few pictures and short videos taken. What's the best way to put up a video? Might see if I can get around to that tonight.

Host the video on YouTube and your pictures on PhotoBucket (or on of the many other sites). Both those will give you the link to place here.

Yeah I can throw it up on youtube but can I embed that youtube video in the body of the post so you get a clickable video? For lack of a better word a "youtube thumbnail"? Do I have to wrap it with special syntax or anything?
