Sorry but this may be dumb, but I'm still learning and don't know anything really about fish yet, is he reef safe?

Yep - they are reef safe fish.

They are tangs (large ones at that too). I can't recall the exact size of Natterjack's tank, but I recall it was greater than 200g.

No problem. He's about 5", still pretty shy right now, but I did manage to get him to pose for that one.
