Chalice eating flatworm?

I've been having trouble with a couple of chalice frags so I decided to dip them. I found what I believe to be a flatworm about 1/4 inch long with spots. Coral RX just pissed him off a little. Is this just a coincidence? Or could it have been dining on chalice?
