i'm getting old and forgetful, would want to use a phone app to track all the inventory in my tanks with photos/name in a spreadsheet or somewhat.
(so far i tried google sheet on ios and it wont let me insert photo)

what do you guys use?

I just use the notes app on my phone. Just keep a running list of corals I have and also a wish list

You can also add photos to it.

It’s not pretty but it works.

I just look in my tank, that's how I keep inventory of what I have

What I did in the past was simply take photos at various intervals (3+ month) and name the photos <CoralName-Date> and then the folder they are in does everything alphabetically so they're all together.

I do the same thing. Also note where/from whom and when I got the coral.

Ok I found an app that does it easily for me it’s called ‘Sortly’ and it’s free for 150 items that you will add to.
