It has been picky in the past for me as well. I'm on my second piece. The first one went after growing pretty well.

My piece is pretty damn resilient, but damnit if it doesn't grow for sh*t in the tank.

bah, it's just a little nub of a frag as it is! It encrusted a bit in one part of my tank, but then the other corals around it were about to snuff it out because they grow a zillion times faster, so I moved it... some encrusted bit is still left though

Mine was growing pretty fast at the bottom of my 72 bowfront. Pretty much just left it alone down there and it did fine.

Mine grows pretty fast, I just expect it to be dead every time I look at my tank, kinda like a horrida.....


God I wish I still had the Lavender Kiwi horrida still (
