I think posting experiences from sponsors is encouraged -- good and bad as long as they are approached reasonably and with a grain of common sense. I suspect our sponsors want to hear about negative experiences so that they can improve -- those are helpful. What's not helpful is unreasonable expectations and rants from a customer grasping at straws and making assumptions. You don't have a leg to stand on with your assumptions and accusations -- that's not encouraged. On a positive note at least you paid the money and joined the club because of this.
