do you think i should eliminate a few of those rocks that are covered??? it does grow fast once ot starts

I personally think GSP are beautiful, however people tell me they spread super quick, so I haven't tried any.

I like how GSP looks, and for me it hasn't really taken off like people say it does (nor has xenia, so maybe my tank is off balance?). But I've also kept it isolated in a corner on a small rock too. Tank looks great though.

I have same 120g with single corner overflow. Your rock formation looks very clean and natural, I like it.

Your heater will probably go in the sump? and I put my glass thermometer inside the corner overflow to hide it.

I only have 2 powerheads, how do you like the flow with 3 powerheads? Also, it seems like you have it setup with a circular type water flow around your tank, has it been working for you? Mine is setup pointing at each other so they crash in the middle, which is more "turbulent" I guess. I'm a rookie, so just trying to figure what is a good configuration.

Also, how long has the anenome been in the tank? If all rocks are connected, it may want to move around, which may damage corals in the way.

Nice build!

If it were me I'd move the GSP over to that corner overflow and attach it to that and let it cover it.

But other than that looks like you're off to a good start!

GSP still a nice looking coral, isolated and easy to reach and trim but in your case is a huge tank compared to my little 37
I have it growing on the false back wall and gives it a nice wavy electric green look.

well after i had a small scare with my 2 danmsels attacking my tang tonight

i am 2 less damsels and a new rock formation, lol

oh well

added 2 bangaii cardinalfish
2- cleaner shrimp
and a green anenome....
