Feedback needed for this filter

Anyone has one or suggestion for a different one? I have a 18-200mm Nikon len. Thanks

Check out Hoya and B+W 72mm slim CP's :)
What kind of camera do you have? Depending on the camera's FOV and whether or not you're using a UV filter, you might not experience any vignetting with a standard CP; this would save you a little bit of pocket change. But the slims are nice regardless; and I am partial to B+W :)

Also check out Kenko brand filters on ebay. Kenko and Hoya are the same company but the kenko filters are cheaper.

Whether or not you use a UV filter is up to you ... I like to use them as protection for my lenses front elements, but some people don't and they don't have any problems :)
I think you may be able to scoot by with a standard (non-slim) CP.

I love that len :) .. It will be a while before I can get another camera but for now, the D40x is more than what I need/know  ..

Thanks guys for the suggestions and keep it coming.. I will do some research tonight..

And what is the different between this one and the first one??

I think the only difference is one is coming from an US authorized dealer. I would pick up this one, perfect for the price.

The second one is multi-coated

Any reason for a circular polarizer instead of just a plain UV filter? CPs are really only needed when you're shooting outdoors (great for landscapes) or when you're shooting through reflections (windows/glass, water, etc.).

You'll need to rotate the front of the CP for maximum effect depending on where the light source (i.e. sun) is.
