Feeding SPS?

I'm new to SPS and I was wondering what I should feed them. I currently have no fish in my SPS tank to stir up sand or create waste, but I'll have my BSJ back in the tank in a few days.

Live Aquaria/ Dr Foster & Smith are not Reef Nutrition dealers at this time. Roti-Feast is a Reef Nutrition product and trademark :)
 
I culture my own L strain rotifers and Tigriopus Californicus (starter culture was a Tigger Pods ) for my SPS frag (only 1 so far), Chalice and Acans. reef nutrition stuff is good too, but I want it to be as live as possoble and available for me 24/7 :)
