got ethical husbandry?

So Ive had this pink margin wrasse in qt for a few weeks and he looks like he has a zit on his head. Eats like a pig and swims normal. Doesnt look like its getting bigger. Shows no sign of it bothering him. Any clue as to what this may be ?
 
I just read up Lumpphocytosis and it is a possiblilty. No signs of growing or bothering him. If this is what he has there is nothing that can be done so I will continue to watch and see if there are any changes
