Official BBQ Yellow Millipora Contest

Here's the official thread to keep track of our BBQ Yellow Milli. If you are unfamiliar with this contest, consult this thread:
http://www.bareefers.org/discussion/index.php?topic=2524.0

Use this thread for everything dealing with the Milli, but any general contest discussion should go in the original thread to keep this one concentrated on the Milli.

I've dubbed this piece the BBQ Yellow Millipora.

Norman's Initial picture of the colony:

For those who have recieved their piece, please post here with the starting information:
1. Placement
2. Flow
3. Lighting
4. Water parameters
5. Salt Mix
6. Source of fresh water
7. Control (including ca reactors, kalk reactors, dosing, additives, etc)
8. Any other information you think would be good to include

Lastly post a picture of the piece kind of close up (no macro needed), and then a full tank shot showing where you've placed the coral. If you don't have a way to take pictures please just explain. Please do this by Monday December 10th.

Thanks guys!

Levi,

Looks like you're posting pics as attachments.

If you host the pic on Photobucket, and post tags, you get the big pics without the thumbnails.

That's better for our website too because there will be less load on the server.

Dang! Jahara, you got a huge frag. Was that 2?

Raddogz, I hate to say it but I think yours needs some viagra :)

Hehe... Eileen is going for the horizontal up high under the light approach for maximum frag growth. She's gonna kick all our butts :D

LOL, mine did almost the same thing, the IC Gel just won't hold the frags exactly upright unless you hold it that way for awhile... I'm guessing it just slumped down like mine ;)

Check the first list for your name and update! If you're missing, or if your update is not linked, let me know.

Also I know we handed out 15 frags right? I need to make sure of two things:

1. You get signed up on our players list. Currently there's only 11 listed.
2. You paid Norman the $8 for the frag

We gotta make sure we can keep track of everyone, so people aren't just getting cheap frags. Also Norman paid out of pocket and took his time to pick out the colony, we don't want to short change him. So just want to make sure everyone got their monies to Norman. It was all loosely kept track of, mostly because we know you guys are good for it, but just wanted to remind those who may have forgotten.

Thanks guys!!!

Monkeys ??? EPM ??? At least I knew what bbq meant ;)

The fact that he likes monkeys will help us understand the conditions in which the tank will be in ;)

EPM is eddie's purple monster

and BBQ looks like that encrusting montipora that's also glued in with them... unless he was referring to the bbq yellow milli
