I don't know anything about this unit. I've never used it. It was given to me but if anyone wants it let me know. Otherwise it's going in the trash.

if it doesn't have a controller built in, I've used Ranco and Medusa in the past with great success and reliability. Medusa is no longer made but can be found on eBay time to time cheap. FYI.. My current tank uses a Aqalogic chiller w/a medusa controller. This chiller setup has been running flawlessly for over a decade.
