Help ID a hitchiker/pest?!

Hi!

I have these weird white tiny cotton ball looking things all over my sump wall and inside my skimmer base around the pump. Can anyone help me ID it?

I have these too in my sump, I thought they were the early stages of aeptasia till I saw your thread & looked them up.
