Help on 10Gal TruVu Regular Lighting.........

Hi,

I would like to increase my lighting on a 10 gal tank that is 15 inches wide. I will be keeping FOWLR and LS. I would also like to add in some soft corals.

Thoughts?

FNI 70W metal halide?

BoostLed 30PAR? Which colors to have?

15 inch PC setup?

Other ideas?

It all comes down to personal preference and your goals. Are you looking for cheapest, prettiest, blingiest, or dependability?

Personally I think the FNI mh is a great deal, but I'm not sure what you are looking for. Any of the lights you mentioned will work for what you want. If you are looking for the cheapest option people occasionally give away pc lighting. Then you have to buy bulbs though.

The smallest reefbrite strip might be sweet on there. 50/50 looks kinda purple if you like that
