how to pay for membership dues?

To be honest, I'm not really sure. I believe the recurring membership is invoked from the PayPal side so if you signed up while that setting was set, it's probably still set in PayPal. I believe XenForo just passes that parameter on purchase with which it's passing a false value for the recurring option now.
