Contain herein is a list of known, ongoing issues with our site. This is a 'living document' so please always look here before posting a new issue (thread) in the Website forum. Thanks!
    • (addressed) Some folks don't have the "Supporting Member" status
    • (addressed) Member subscription page lacks a PayPal button
    • (addressed) Timestamps are off by (seemingly) 16 hours
    • (addressed) Spam has been persistent
    • (addressed) BOD forums are seemingly not accessible
    • (addressed) All forum topics span multiple pages but posts are aggregated to the first page (i.e. http://bareefers.org/forum/index.php?threads/picasso-clown-pair-spawn.13476/)
    • (addressed) Email notifications aren't being sent for conversations
    • (addressed) - Some BAR threads (Events & Announcements, DBTC) are missing
    • (addressed) - Tapatalk temporarily disabled due to lack of appropriate update with XenForo 1.2
    • Avatars are blank for most people (for those that haven't updated their avatars; shame on you! :p)

It seems we've found the issue to the timestamps to be the user settings overriding what's set in the Admin Control Panel (ACP).

You'll all need to update your time zones to properly reflect our time zone. You'll find this by mousing over your username near the top right of any page and selecting "Preferences."

Memberships have been adjusted. Everyone that previously had the 2013 Supporting Member status (previously 2013 BAR Member) on the old site should now have the proper privileges. It appears that the database entries didn't line up from the old site to the new site. If you don't have the 2013 Supporting Member status (you can tell by seeing if you have access to the B/S/T and GB forums, please feel free to contact me if you experience any discrepancies.

Timezones have been set to PST through the database. Everyone in the forum should have a PST timezone. If you prefer some other timezone, feel free to change it to whatever you please. :)

Just implemented a new CAPTCHA that will hopefully be much better at filtering out the spammers. :)

All forum threads have pagination so that only 20 posts show up per page (unless otherwise set within your personal preferences). All functionality and performance for viewing those problematic threads has been fixed. Sorry for the previous inconvenience!

I included the thread (in a link above) about some BAR events missing from our Events & Announcements forum.

It seems we've been having recent issues with our CAPTCHA. We've switched back to reCAPTCHA so we'll be monitoring the amount of spam that enters the forum.

We stumbled upon some misconfiguration (or lack thereof) issues with our email system. Folks can now use the "Contact Us" link that's in the footer of every page of our website. Sorry about the inconvenience!

Tapatalk is temporarily disabled as it's exhibiting some undesired behavior as it hasn't been updated to be compatible with XenForo 1.2. This will be re-enabled once a hotfix has been applied.

Tapatalk has been re-enabled. The newest version of Tapatalk has been released (officially on their site but not on the XenForo Resources page) and has been installed on our forum. Please report any weirdness if you find any.
