    Btw I cut some for the frag pack and two other people at the CFM. I'll cut another one or two in a coup-le months and put them up for DBTC.

    That’s a peculiar occurrence there @Ibn. I wonder what would cause the smaller frag to outgrow the original. They were in the same environment.

    I don’t have an Oregon Tort, however I do have a Cali. It’s losing most of it’s green under the new Orphek, but it’s looking really nice.

    That's a good question, I have no idea either in regards to why the nub grew faster than the piece it came from. They were grown in slight different parts of the tank, but water wise it was the same. The spot that the frag grew in had the same PAR values but higher flow. Even when I grew them next to each other, it was still growing quicker on that side. Just seems like the original piece was in hibernation.
