Local Resource for Adaptors?

I recently bought a replacement for my Sicce PSK-750 pump on my Reef Octopus OCTX 200. Seems like this pump is not made any more so I got the Sicce PSK-1000.

However this has slightly different outputs / inputs so I need to get sme adapters for both connecting to the Skimmer and the Venturi intake.

Are there local resources, preferably in the East Bay, where these are sold?

They are in metric so would be hard to get
