it is blue with mostly green polyps, and at the base, its purple with orange polyps. There are random orange polyps throughout the piece. Almost like a rainbow, but not along the edges, just at the base where its glued to a rock. This is how I bought it, I'm wondering if I cut it up, and mounted it horizontally, if I could get the purple on the edges. It still is brown, on the backside with lighter green polyps, I'm guessing because of lack of lighting.
