Not very extreme-Montipora Vietnamesis

seminolecpa

Past President
Looks pretty similar to a Montipora Spongodes but I have been told it is not. It both tables and noodulates.

Not exactly LE but I like it.

Requirements

-BAR member (prefer to give this to some newer members as it is pretty hearty)
-2 frags to others before trading etc
-say really nice things about me

I got a frag from Bryan way back when.

Hard to see in the pic, but the skeleton has all kinds of neat ridges and the green really glows.

One of my favorite montis :D

Its a beautiful piece, but i just commited to a couple frags already. Im in the process of posting my first 2 DBTC's so i think i should be good when 2nd gen rolls around. Thanks for helpin us Newbies though!

Rekonn you can have frag # 2. Pick up either at the BOD meeting next weekend, at my place in Burlingame or at the April regular BAR meeting.

!) Lord Helmet
2) Rekonn
3) still avail

I have one frag to go back to DBTC. It has been a pretty slow grower for me and has not plated yet, just encrusting.

When I originally got it from Bryan a small corner broke off and I glued it on a piece of epoxy and attached it to the live rock (I didn't have a frag rack at that time). Now it's about the size of a quarter:
