    Yep - it was completely overcast the whole day. I was amazed anything came out. The big lens is freaking impressive! Going out whale watching in Monterey today...

    Overcast is a good thing. Less blown out highlights, harsh shadows, and less dynamic range for the camera to deal with.

    Hope you bag some decent pics today.

    We've been holding steady @ 5-10 knots here, still surfable, not too junky.

    Rich are there any butterflies in there? I could not spot 1 butterfly. I'm gonna assume they hitchhiked away. :bigsmile:

    Chest high MR style twin fin waves, come hard off the bottom and blow the tail out :)
