Out of curiosity.... how many different corals do you have?

Some time back when looking at the SPS forum over at RC someone mentioned they had 70 frags in their tank, and I thought holy cow poop that's a lot of corals.... then I went about counting mine, and realized holy cow super poop, I have more than that!

So curious, how many different corals do you have, now by different I mean anything other than a frag that you planted elsewhere so you now have two of the same, however similar corals (digitata for example) that are different color morphs (green vs orange) I would count as different. And how big is your tank?

Was going to poll it, but figured with the wide range of tank sizes it'd be kind of meaningless without a poll with 30 choices

Rough Count-125 (not including duplicates or anything in the frag tank)

Acros-48
Chalices-28
Acans-12
Favias 14
Montis-10
Paly/Zoa-6
Micros-4
Blastos -2
Lobo-1

I lost count too but know it's at least 100.

the next question should be what's your survivial/ thrive rate? I'm probably 90% survival but 75% thriving (if that's a word!).

Damn Bryan, 28 chalices? I lumped mine in the "other" category with 3 :D

Roughly 1 coral every 2 gallons of water... I like to keep a light bioload :D

40g

Unique frags
SPS = 38
LPS= 51 (13 chalice, 20 acan, 18 other)
Softies = 8

97 unique frags/40g = 2.4 unique frags/gallon lol

Acros-21
Chalices-10
Acans-7
Favias-8
Montis-12
Paly/Zoa-10
Micros-2
Blastos-3
Lobo-1
Softy-2
Other LPS-2

Won't go into coral/gallon there. :D
