High Tide Aquatics

Pink Blastomussa merleti

Frag is pictured on the left. Likes to eat pellets and mysis. It is sticky so target feeding it with pumps on and tweezers is easy. Lower lighting and moderate flow in my tank. Mouth is whitish with tiny dot of yellow green in the center visible under blue moon lights. I got it from craig's list(before I found BAR) as a very early coral in my tank. He got it from a store in Alameda. It took tap water for a while so high phosphates and high nitrates, though not recommended.

I cut this off after watching Jeremy cut a blasto at a BOD meeting. So thanks Jeremy. Just try not to cut through the polyps too much. It is mounted on coral rubble with epoxy to ramp down.

Keep the gift moving forward. Frag some to others before you grow out a colony.

Pick up near Ashby BART in Berkeley, or at the BOD on the 9th.

Sherri since you were standing there, and it was your coral being cut for my lesson, this frag is yours. Chris, it grows out quickly so look for others to be added soon. Pick up Saturday at the BOD meeting?
