Well someone went on the Tioga Pass road!

Great pics. You hit it just right with the weather. Fantastic drama in the clouds.

My favorite place in the Sierra that you can drive to.

I'm going to add this here, since I've been getting into photography a bit also:

Just posting stuff to FB, nowhere special, but it might be fun for some of you to check out.

Oh, and I hope I'm not hijacking your thread. Just didn't think it was enough stuff to put in my own thread, and remembered this one.

You're link does not work, Gus. At least not for me :)

Here is an image I took this morning during sunrise

    Very nice. Any PP?

Thank you, Denzil. Not much PP work at all-some basic curves and sliders adjustments, and some dodging and burning -other than that, all SOOC.

Sweet. I am really horrible at PP and am a firm believer in shooting SOOC. :)

PP is not so bad when you learn your way around. I actually find myself in the other boat; SOOC is great if that works for a given individuals tastes, however I do find PP'ing to be an integral (dare I say, sometimes necessary) component of the entire picture taking process! :)

    Another day in San Francisco:
