Not exactly reef related, but I'm wondering where to get the filter housings for an RO unit.
I had my RO unit under my sink when my tank was upstairs, and used the RO water for drinking water, however upon moving my tank downstairs the RO unit went with it, and I'd rather not run 1/4" piping through my basement and up under the sink ... if possible (it would be a lot of hose!). So I'd like to use that water spigot I put back in again, maybe something as simple as a sediment filter + carbon filter to remove chloramines and other minor things, but I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for a new filter. Any ideas? Or is it off to home depot to buy 100 feet of vinyl tubing?
