Your "favia" looks like an acan echanata to me. Never the less, it is a pretty coral. Looks like a mix between Sergio's monster and an orange crush.

Funny yesterday I said I thought it was an Acan, and everyone told me it was a favia, then Sam saw it and said the same thing as you.

so maybe change the figi purple (the only non new blue bulb) to a aquasun?

I was under the impression that the blue plus was a combo of daylight 12000k and actinic 03 par readings

Imus....wzup bud...It was nice meeting you at the swap. On the light...IMHO, I would wait a few weeks to see how the growth doing before making changes to the bulb arrangement, especially when you've already found the color you like.

BTW...Gomer and Sam is right, that is an Echinata.

Blue plus is a purely blue bulb, however it does make good par.

IMO you need another white bulb. You have only one daylight with 4 supplemental bulbs. I would use one of these. http://www.reefgeek.com/lighting/T5_Fluorescent/Bulbs/54W_12000K_Aquablue_Special_T5_HO_Fluorescent_by_ATI

Ian I wanted to get that aquablue special and they were on back order...........

I have a 10000k and a 6500k in my bulb section, or do you think I should wait until I get a 12000K aquablue plus?

Ok I think I figured out how to show the true colors in the tank now......

So the lights went off before I got a FTS but here are some of my favorite corals under the new lighting popin like crazy

(I no longer think about "TRUE" colors but this is what these look like in my tank)

This site calls your unknown mushroom a "Bubble Polyp". I think they are really neat looking; and so is your tank! :)

I had to do a little work in the tank today, and rearrange some rock work. One of the nems has gotten so big it was stinging the hell out of some of my SPS, so I just got it to shrink up into it's cave, and loaded up some rocks in front of where the SPS are. I also took this time to move my clam and Acans around, and mount some stuff in a more permint manner (read aquamend)

After I was all done I shot some quick pics

"And Roc bounces right back"

Well some of you know that I recently lost 2 SPS to what looked like RTN, but after those two everything else is looking great. I cleaner my skimmer (yearly maintenance) and it is skimming better then ever. I took some quick shots before the lights went out

Looks like you are getting some good growth :)

I have a question about your LPSs, How close are they to each other? I was told that they can be very aggressive, esp. the Orange crush, so I put mine (orange crush) not closer than 3" from the nearest coral. Have you noticed any aggression?

Thanks everyone, I need to figure out a good and easy dosing products, as i have added more sps, my cal is harder to keep up
