Doable possibly, worth the trouble... I'm guessing not.

Doesn't it use carbon dioxide to squirt the stuff through the hoses and make it carbonated all at the same time? Not sure you'd want to make your calcium carbonate carbonated

Those look like fairly high rate heavy duty peristaltic pumps.
They also look very old and grungy.
Might be OK for an ATO, but I would not use it for dosers.

The heads are/seem to be peristaltic pumps that draw the concentrate from the plastic bags, I believe there's an adjustment screw to provide the exact amount of concentrate to mix with the carbonated water.
Most likely are AC pumps.
If not good for dossing, perhaps for water change.
