Stabilizing reef plugs

I have some frags mounted on plugs similar to the picture below. It wobbles and tips and touches other frags in my eggcrate. Is there a trick on keeping these plugs steady? I would prefer not to cement them down.

increase the size of the "post" or find something to cover it with to take up the empty space that allows it to fall over.

Another option is if there is enough "post" below the eggcrate, you can use something to slip over it that would suck the plug down. make sense?

make heavier (i.e BIGGER) frags. I used to cut smaller pieces and had that issue all the time, now that i cut large pieces, they never move

buy square frag plugs that allow you to zip tie them to the egg crate... like these

I love those, they're hollow too so they're easy to frag
