Sunburst anthias and light sensitivity?

Coral reefer

Past President
Been thinking about getting a group of anthias for my 120. I have little experience with any type of anthias, but have read sunburst don't like intense light. Anyone have experience or opinions on them? Are they a bad choice for a reef due to the light, or are they fine as long as they have caves etc...? What other types of anthias would be better?

I had a pair of sunburst in my old tank. I dont think the light really bothers them, they do like to hang out under over hangs and caves though. mine were out most of the time. Miss them guys....lost them during my tank transfer. :(

Yeah...the tri-colored aren't bothered by the light. The only time they hide is when there is no activity near the tank. If there are people near the tank they are out in full view. They are also bullies. Ate a lot when small (5 to 6 feedings a day)...now down to 1 a day and still look nice and fat. They did spawn regularly when getting the multi-feedings but have not since the food reduction.
