    Alfred helped me for almost an hour this morning resolving my Internet Explorer issue - I was unable to type messages onto the forum or reply / initiate PM's since yesterday when my laptop automatically upgraded to MS8.1. Alfred was so patient in guiding me in trouble-shooting and helping me fix the problem!
