Yes. They used to have a US distributor as well, but they stopped using them earlier in the year. Direct is the only way to order them nowadays.
 
yeah the us distributor was also a lot more expensive =/

cool thing is while we're at home, they're at work, and while we're at work, they're sleeping, so it's easy to get a hold of them when you get home from work.
 
I'm looking at the warranty and you have to ship back the defective part to them for repair/replace. That's fine but the suck part is they are in Taiwan and you have to pay shipping for that. I hope these thing doesn't go "bad" that easy ;D ..

i've had mine for 1.5 years, nothing broken yet =)
 
I've had mine for over 3 years and still cranking away. Mine has been through just about everything I've thrown at it (submerged in saltwater, humidity, rain, sand, etc.).
