This guy

There is a snail like hitchhiker in my tank, he looks like a slug with a shell. It is excreting some kind of mating mist. Should I be worried? Should I just take them out of the tank? I have seen them before in my last tank, but never quite as big. He seems to eat algae, mostly at night.

Probably stomatella snail. Do a google search and see if that what he looks like.

Totally fine to keep in the tank if that’s what he is
