Tongan Super Nassarius snails!

I don't know what everyone's current what's what in snail preference is, but I notice some of these at Lucky Ocean today and was like wow! Its like a nassarius snail.. but just super sized! Fairly priced too, $3.99 each (yeah I know an expensive snail, but it's not like you're going to toss 50 of these in a tank).

I dont know if other local stores carry them (since I don't go) but if they don't there are some there.

Yah, a whole tank full of those puppies is a great sight. All their little proboscusus (er, how ever you spell that one ) sticking out of the sand and waving

The Pet Club next to CostCo on Regnstorff (Mountain View, I believe) has a tank of these monsters too. Even better than the snorkles in the sand is when they smell food and they all emerge like a scene from "Dune" or "Tremors"!


Not sure of the price, and they call them something like "sand snails" or something totally made up.
