What do you guys think, should the DIY, Resources, Reef talk, propagation and Announcements and stuff forums be merged into one?

Separate works for me. Makes it easier to find the info I want.

Not a lot of traffic here though, so I end up reading all the posts anyway.

Now, it is fairly easy to choose a forum in which to post a particular topic. And searching for a DIY project, for example, is easy.

But the forums seem to only get one or two posts each day, and I'm willing to spend 10 minutes reading them all. This is a drag, because they are in different forums and the click and load time is longer than it takes to read the post.

IMHO, there are too many forums for the number of users on this board. I get excited seeing a forum with a large message count, and I avoid boards with a dozen or more mostly unused forums.

Anthony is that a leave it or change it?

The 'show new postings' page might make your reading life easier.

I suspect that we will see more daily postings as time goes on. As it is now, we are getting roughly the same traffic the BAR RC forum used to get. Frankly, I am surprised/happy that the board has taken off so quickly! :D

Yep, that's what I use. I can get to stuff quickly that way, and I can still find info in nice neat categories if I want. That will become more useful as the number of posts build up.

Yes, the new postings page is very handy, I'll use that now.
