Torch head dying?

So it looked fine last night but came home tonight and it looks like this.

What would cause this and can it be remedied? It has been in the tank about 3 weeks.
 
If you are talking about the head that is "tucked in" it looks fine just like something bumped into it or crawled over it. I wouldn't worry about it since you it has just happened this once. Keep an eye on it and see if it comes back out.

Tr1gger I think you are right it looks fine this morning. I am like a new parent the littlest thing will freak me out. I will try and be more like I am with my kids now, only worry when they are deathly ill. Thanks for the response.

The head on the far right was just the skeleton when I got it. Thanks for the concern.
