Couple days ago, I notice two of my scolys look receding, and last night I noticed Nassarius snail claim into the scolys to take food (market shrimp) and leave white mark on those scoly, those mark look like they got stink and scolys receding. how to recover them and how to prevent Nassarius get food from scolys?

Your nassarius snail can smell the food in your tank.
When I feed, I turn off the flow in my tank. I can feed most of my tank and my 3 nassarius snails stay asleep in the sand since they don't smell the food. When I turn the pump on, the snails come out to feed.
You can also try changing the food type to something less....stinky? My scoly loves to eat Coral Frenzy Pellets, brine shrimp, mysis, anything really. Dont feed your scoly too much. They don't absolutely require food since they are photosynthetic.
Give your snail some food outside of the scoly so he doesn't have to climb in the scoly.
