I'm looking for a place to get an underwater case for a camera, something inexpensive yet non-leaky for my maui trip in 6 months :)

I've looked at the Olympus site, and there is one that probably would fit my sp-500uz, but the damn thing cost more than my camera cost! I'm wondering if there's a place where a third-party type vendor makes these as well.

Now before anyone says "buy a disposable underwater camera" I'd like to also use it for my tank at home and take underwater pics.

For that camera I believe there is no third party housing.

    Check wet-pixel.com or bandhphoto.

Do NOT get any of the 'bag' housing. They are awful.

Most good housings will cost more than the camera! My gates cost me a fortune ~ 8 or 9 years ago, but it's been worth it's weight in gold.

I used a place in Monterrey - http://www.backscatter.com/ Great service and they knew what they were talkng about.

Have to agree with Rich though - Just don't get a bag POS, they're pointless. Here;s the one I bougth through them ... http://www.gateshousings.com/PC_series.html And I got the fisheye too - rocks underwater!
